Growing up by the ocean on the mid north coast, Sophie has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaches a dynamic style of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.
Sophie’s journey into the vast realms of yoga has taken her to practise, study and teach all around the world, completing her 200 hour training with Louisa Sear and Lucy Roberts with Yoga Arts and continuing her ongoing studies with Clive Sheridan.
Sophie shares her own learnings and experiences through centred, soft and authentic teachings of asana (for the body) pranayama (for the breath) and meditation (for the mind) and encourages students to approach these practices as a holistic tool for self-enquiry, growth and inner transformation.
