Curriculum

Meditation for Men will introduce body-mind practices, with discussion, and explore their contribution to successful meditation.

Each week will introduce key aspects that strengthen a personal practice of meditation.

Week one - Understanding Meditation - mind and body

Week two - Finding stillness - Unifying the breath

Week three - Building a practice - Meditation in daily life

 

Details

Dates - Meditation for Men runs as three 75-minute sessions held over three weeks, starting on Sunday 2nd January 4pm

Venue - Dharma Shala Wellness, 71 Glenayr Avenue North Bondi

Fees - $120 per person

Meditation for Men includes both theory and practice. Places will be limited and subject to attendance.
