Meditation for Men will introduce body-mind practices, with discussion, and explore their contribution to successful meditation.
Each week will introduce key aspects that strengthen a personal practice of meditation.

Session three - Building a practice - Meditation in daily life
Course - Meditation for Men runs as three 75-minute sessions held over one week in January 2022
Dates - 6pm on Tue 18, Thu 20, Sun 23 January
Venue - Dharma Shala Wellness, 71 Glenayr Avenue North Bondi
Fees - $99 per person
Meditation for Men includes both theory and practice. Places will be limited and subject to attendance. Covid vaccine certificate required on arrival.
