This course will explore specific meditation themes each week in plain english including both theory and practice.
It will be suitable to new or experienced meditators. Its a great way to start or strengthen a personal meditation practice.
Inside Meditation will introduce foundational body-mind meditation practices with open discussion and exploration on key meditation insights and other meditative concepts.
In this course Andrew will introduce different aspects of meditation each week, using both theory and practice, to strengthen your understanding and personal practice of meditation.
Week one - Understanding Meditation
Week two - Sangen - positioning the body, mind and breath
Week three - Kyokuho - raising the vital energies
Week four - Shinkami - manifesting the luminous mind
Week five - Samadhi - unifying body, mind and breath
Week six - Paragate - bringing practice to life
Dates - Inside Meditation will run as weekly 75-minute sessions for six weeks.
