OLD EVENT: Serenade – An Hour of Sound & Meditation | SAT 26 MAY 6.30pm

Saturday 26 May 6.30-7.30pm

Serenade – An Hour of Sound and Meditation will take you as deep as you desire.

We will ground and create a safe container that will allow you to relax, unravel and drop into the realms of your subconscious. The body is a reflection of the mind and vice versa. We can rewire physically by creating new pathways in our minds, and, reciprocally, by accessing our bodies, our thoughts and emotions can be altered.

This is not a healing event. Unless you want it to be. I desire to live in a world where we own our powers, especially the one of self-healing. It certainly is an evening of receiving and letting go, while I guide you safely in and out of that magical place within you.

10% of your ticket will go to the Bodhicitta foundation NGO, founded by an incredibly courageous and wonderful woman, an Australian Tibetan nun, Ayya Yeshe, who has spent over 8 years in the slums in Nagpur, India, working with people from the community previously known as ‘untouchables’.https://bodhicitta-vihara.com/

If that resonates with you come along.

$25 pre book OR $30 on the day

Sandra Treydte, aka ZUN, is a Sydney-based singer songwriter and currently best known for her angelic voice during meditation sessions, yoga classes and sound healings. Whilst in those settings everything is improvised, she also does write songs and performs with supporting musicians. The soulfulness and authenticity of her music can grab your heart and take you to places deep within. Her sometimes opera-like tunes go back to years of classical training. Now, paired with life’s experiences and intention, listeners describe her sound as “permeating emotional layers to open the heart”.

Find her on Instagram as zun.music to get a taste and event updates.
