Our Yin yoga classes involve longer-held, passive floor poses that loosen key elements of our body including the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. Yin Yoga is both a complementary and excellent practice as it stretches and opens our bodies connective tissues while developing inner stillness. It is a recommended practice for beginners and experienced yogis.
