Our hatha flow yoga classes strengthen, cleanse and relax your body and mind through the use of flowing yoga transitions. Flow classes utilise medium-paced transitioning postures that emphasise alignment, strength and stretching to develop the body. Breathing exercises such as pranayama, meditation or chanting exercises are often included in classes for the mind's inner stillness.
