Our hatha yoga classes strengthen, cleanse and relax your body through the use of traditional yoga poses. Classes utilise slower-paced static postures that emphasise alignment, strength and stretching. Exercises such as pranayama breathing and chanting are included for the mind's inner stillness. Our Yin yoga classes involve longer-held, passive floor poses that loosen key elements of our body including the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. Yin Yoga is both a complementary and excellent practice as it stretches and opens our bodies connective tissues while developing inner stillness. Hatha Flow Yoga Class

Hatha Flow Yoga Class

Our hatha flow yoga classes strengthen, cleanse and relax your body and mind through the use of flowing yoga transitions. Flow classes utilise medium-paced transitioning postures that emphasise alignment, strength and stretching to develop the body. Breathing exercises such as pranayama, meditation or chanting exercises are often included in classes for the mind's inner stillness. Book for a class here
