Pre Natal YogaAt Sydney's Dharma Shala we offer specially tailored yoga classes for pregnant women. Yoga is one of the best possible exercises a woman can take during pregnancy. The comprehensive She Births course is a wonderful way to complement your prenatal yoga classes. Taught by Nadine Richardson, childbirth educator, senior doula, specialist of pre and post natal yoga at the Dharma Shala.
